Refund Policy
Last updated 12 June 2026
We want the Service to be useful before you commit. A meaningful amount of content is free so you can try returnzero without paying. This policy explains what happens when you cancel.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. When you cancel:
- You are not charged again - future renewals stop immediately.
- Your premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You do not lose access the moment you cancel.
Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or periods already paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current one.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. returnzero is digital content supplied immediately: by subscribing you ask for and consent to immediate access to premium content, and you acknowledge that this access begins as soon as your payment completes - which ends your 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect any rights you have if the Service is faulty or not as described.
Exceptions
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as a duplicate charge or a billing error. If you think you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will look into it.
